About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Night Care Assistant for a permanent position in Mollington.
Working night shifts, you will ensure residents receive attentive, dignified, and person-centered care. Every night brings opportunities to make a positive impact, providing comfort, safety, and reassurance to those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with nighttime routines, personal care, and mobility needs while respecting their dignity.
Following individual care plans and assisting with food, hydration, or medical needs during night hours.
Providing companionship and one-to-one support for residents who are awake or distressed.
Conducting regular checks to maintain a quiet, secure, and comfortable environment throughout the night.
Collaborating with the senior team and assisting with clear, accurate handover reporting.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a care home or similar healthcare environment.
Attributes: A warm-hearted, empathetic, and dedicated individual with a positive "can-do" approach.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and the genuine compassion needed to deliver high standards of individualized care.
