As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high standards of personal care during night hours, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity, safety, and exceptional quality of service for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents (such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection) and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the individual dignity and uniqueness of each resident.
Practice safe systems of work across a wide range of nightly tasks.
