Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join the team at Avonbourne Care Centre (Avon Court House) in Salisbury. Role Overview

• Position: Carer / Care Assistant

• Location: Avonbourne Care Centre, Mitre Way, Salisbury, SP4 6GW

• Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £14.07 per hour (Weekends)

• Contract Type: Permanent, 36 hours per week (includes alternate weekends, 07:15–19:15)

• Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

Located in historic Old Sarum just north of Salisbury, Avon Court and Bourne House form Avonbourne Care Centre. The home offers an elegant, relaxing, and homely environment providing tailored support ranging from residential daily living assistance to specialist nursing and dementia care.

• Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support) with warmth, respect, and dignity.

• Bringing kindness, exceptional care, and joy to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.

• No prior experience necessary: We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers from diverse backgrounds who bring valuable life experience and a genuine passion for care.
