We are recruiting an experienced and proactive Philanthropy Co-ordinator on a permanent full-time hybrid basis (working 2–3 days per week from Epworth House in Derby) on behalf of MHA.
In this vital role, you will coordinate and communicate the pipeline of grants from trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies, while researching new funding opportunities and corporate partnerships. You will also manage central resource support materials to empower bid writers and maximize income generation across the organization.
Sector Experience: Direct experience of working within the charitable sector.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.
Proactive Approach: The ability to use your initiative, take ownership of projects proactively, and conduct thorough research to create new opportunities.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a passion for working alongside motivated colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
