Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time (44.00 Hours/Week)
Shift Pattern: Mixed (Days/Nights)
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
About the Role

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Regional Senior Care Assistant to deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care across a 20-mile radius. In this dynamic role, you will monitor care delivery, contribute to person-centred care planning, record vital observations, and provide meaningful companionship and one-to-one time with our residents.
What You Will Need
Experience & Qualifications: A background in elderly care and a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (with a view to complete an NVQ Level 3). Ideally, you will also hold a GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths, alongside a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry.
Requirements: Because you will be travelling across a 20-mile radius, you must have your own car or ready access to one (mileage is covered when travelling over five miles from your main home).
