The Role
Are you warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults? Elton House Care Home is seeking a committed Care Assistant to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team, ensuring continuity of service and comfort for residents.
In this role, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, and well-being every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with all aspects of personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infection) and escalating identified risks in a timely manner.
Acting courteously and respectfully toward residents and their visitors.
Practicing safe systems of work across a range of care tasks.

Requirements for Employment: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS Disclosure check (the cost of which is fully covered by Avery Healthcare).
