About this role
Cygnet Health Care is recruiting Support Workers at Cygnet Hospital Derby, which offers low secure and mental health rehabilitation care, including a specialist female personality disorder service. The role is 38.5 hours a week: two weeks of day shifts (7.30am–8pm) then two weeks of night shifts (7.30pm–8am).
What you will do:
- Give physical and emotional support, guidance and encouragement
- Learn each person's needs and help in the most suitable way
- Help with, and report on, medical and welfare needs
- Safeguard the people in your care and keep the environment safe and clean

Pay stated by the employer: £13.21 per hour, rising to £13.45 at 3 months and £13.70 at 18 months.
