About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our client to recruit an enthusiastic and community-focused Customer Team Member in Plymouth.
In this role, you will be the friendly face of the local store, delivering essential services and helping create a welcoming, smooth shopping experience for the community. Whether working on the shop floor, operating tills, or supporting daily store tasks, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Support: Deliver warm, helpful service and assist in resolving customer queries promptly.
Store Operations: Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy to ensure the store remains safe, legal, and tidy.
Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to maintain daily store performance and operations.
Community & Membership: Promote store membership and help the business connect with local and national charities.
Candidate Requirements
Age Requirement: Must be aged 18 or over due to operational requirements (such as working before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM).
Passion for People: A genuine enthusiasm for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
Team Player & Flexible: The ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a busy store environment.
Experience: Retail experience is not essential—full, paid training is provided!
Shift Availability: A mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (either Friday after 6:00 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Availability can be discussed further at interview.
