Role Overview

• Position: Night Carer / Night Care Assistant

• Location: Beckside Care Home, Middle Street, North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 9QX

• Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour (Higher pay rates available at weekends)

• Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract, 24 hours per week

• Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

Situated in a quiet residential area overlooking North Hykeham's beautiful village green, Beckside Care Home provides first-class residential, nursing, and respite care to 57 residents. The peaceful, comfortable surroundings and nursing unit offer a tranquil environment designed to enhance spiritual and overall wellbeing.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting residents with night-time routines, personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support), and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the night.

• Bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to every resident while creating a safe and peaceful environment.

• Becoming a valued member of an extended family where you build meaningful, lasting relationships.

What We Are Looking For

• No prior experience necessary: We welcome both experienced night carers and individuals new to care who bring diverse life experiences.

• Great communication skills: Able to connect warmly with residents and work effectively alongside team members.

• A compassionate approach: Dedicated to providing person-centered, dignified care every shift.
