Position: HGV Class 2 Driver / Loader (Industrial & Commercial Waste)
Location: Landor Street, Birmingham
Salary/Rate: £41,701.14 per annum (£16.65 per hour) + excellent overtime opportunities
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 48 hours per week, Monday – Friday with working every other Saturday, 04:00 AM – 14:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Loading: Safely drive and operate vehicles to collect industrial and commercial waste and recycling from customers, assisting with loading duties as required.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professional customer service while working collaboratively as part of a hard-working, supportive team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all customer and company health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
Working Pattern: Contracted 48 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 04:00 AM start, with the addition of working every other Saturday and lucrative overtime rates).

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence and a valid Driver CPC card are essential. (Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply!)
Experience: Previous experience in the waste industry or working with Rear Compaction Vehicles (RCVs) is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
