Position Type: Permanent | Part-Time (24.00 Hours/Week)
Shift Pattern: Mixed (Days/Nights)
Pay Rate: £22.61 per hour

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a passionate Registered Nurse (RGN) for Rivermead Care Home. In this role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and ensuring the safe administration of medication while fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience in producing well-developed care plans, detailed risk assessments, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (such as DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
