Complex Care Assistant (HCA)
Location: Richmond, SW14 (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Part-time (Tuesdays and Fridays)
Shifts: 2-hour day shifts
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Health Care Assistant to support a 74-year-old male with a spinal cord injury in his own home in Richmond. (Note: This is a specialized double-up care role based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do
Provide attentive, high-quality, person-centred support as part of a double-up care team.
Assist our client with specific clinical routines, including bowel management and light daily tasks.
Work proactively within a consistent core team dedicated to a single client residence.

What We Are Looking For
Compassionate, reliable, and attentive personality with at least 6 months of care experience.
