What We Offer You
Competitive Pay: £12.91 per hour
Contract Details: 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends (both day and night shifts available)

What Is Required From You?
Experience: Experience in a care setting is desired, but a passion to care is what matters most
Personal Attributes: Kind, compassionate, and great with people
Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is currently unavailable)
Availability: Able to commit to 36 hours per week, including working alternate weekends
What You Will Be Doing
Personal Care: Providing compassionate personal care and daily support tailored to individual needs.
Medication Support: Safely administering and recording medication.
Daily Living Support: Assisting residents with daily routines and activities.
Engagement & Socialization: Supporting activities and creating meaningful social engagement.
Wellbeing Promotion: Promoting dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Team Collaboration: Delivering person-centred care effectively as part of a dedicated team.
