Role Description
As a Theatre Practitioner - Scrub, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based perioperative care, ensuring surgical environments and equipment meet the highest standards for patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert scrub assistance within a multidisciplinary team across diverse surgical specialties.
Supervise, guide, and support junior team members to maintain high-quality clinical practices.

Requirements
Active registration with the NMC or HCPC as a qualified Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).
Proven post-registration experience in a scrub practitioner role within a busy theatre setting.
Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
