This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced theatre professional to work within a state-of-the-art hospital, supporting complex orthopaedic and spinal procedures while delivering exceptional perioperative patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality perioperative care by preparing patients and supporting orthopaedic and spinal surgical procedures.

• Assist the surgical team with patient positioning, specimen management, and immediate post-operative care.

• Support theatre operations by supervising junior staff and ensuring accurate clinical documentation and patient safety.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner (ODP).

• Previous perioperative experience in Orthopaedic and Spinal surgery is essential.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary theatre team.
