Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care routines, mobility, and mealtime support while encouraging personal independence.

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify individual resident goals and carry out personalized care plans.

• Support residents in discovering new hobbies and engaging in social and physical activities within a welcoming home environment.

Requirements

• A caring, passionate, and collaborative approach centered on placing residents' needs at the heart of care delivery.

• Strong communication skills and the flexibility to work day shifts, including alternate weekends.

• Enthusiasm for ongoing professional growth, with or without prior care experience, through structured internal training.
