About this role
Cygnet Health Care is looking for a Support Worker at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital in Coventry, an emergency mental health hospital supporting adults across three wards. The role is 43.75 hours a week and includes days, nights and alternate weekends.
What you will do:
- Give physical and emotional support, guidance and encouragement
- Learn each person's needs and help in the most suitable way
- Help with, and report on, medical and welfare needs
- Safeguard the people in your care and keep the environment safe and clean
