Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator to join Church Farm Care Home in Chichester, West Sussex, UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and creative individual to help enrich the lives of residents by delivering engaging activities and wellbeing programmes. You will play an important role in creating meaningful experiences that promote independence, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing within the care home.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging daily activity sessions for residents.
Create and maintain an activity programme within the allocated budget.
Organise celebrations, themed events, and community outings.
Build positive relationships with residents through one-to-one activities.
Work with local organisations and entertainers to enhance resident experiences.
Support the care home's social media activities where required.
Maintain accurate records and activity plans.

Requirements

Creative and enthusiastic approach to organising activities.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage budgets and prioritise tasks effectively.
Passion for improving the wellbeing of older people.
Ability to work collaboratively within a care home environment.
