Position: Administration Assistant (Bank Contract)
Location: Goodson Lodge, Hilperton Road, Trowbridge, BA14 7JG
Pay Rate: £13.68 per hour (Higher rates at weekends)
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible, 0 hours contract)

About Goodson Lodge
Situated in the historic county town of Trowbridge, Goodson Lodge is a purpose-built care home designed with residents in mind, providing 24-hour specialist person-centred dementia care, residential care, and respite care.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting the Home Manager with reception duties, general administration, and basic finance tasks to keep the home running smoothly.
Acting as the friendly, professional first point of contact for visitors, families, and staff.
Managing visitor compliance with infection control protocols, coordinating testing requirements, handling couriers, and keeping reports up to date.
Assisting with the planning and management of fun home events, including milestone birthdays, fetes, and staff presentations.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous administrative or reception experience, with confidence using Microsoft Office, handling cash, and keeping reports updated. GCSE Maths and English are ideal.
Flexible availability: Perfect for those looking for flexible bank hours to fit their schedule.
Key Traits: Comfortable in an elderly care setting, able to relate to residents sensitively, and highly organized with great interpersonal skills.
