ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at Barchester Healthcare’s Lindum House Care Home, you will oversee the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to ensure the highest quality of care. You will have full clinical autonomy to make critical decisions and lead care delivery in a safe and supportive setting.
Core Responsibilities:
Clinical Decision-Making: Exercise your professional judgement to respond to complex health needs and make key clinical decisions.
Care Planning & Assessment: Formulate, review, and maintain tailored, person-centred care plans along with comprehensive risk assessments.
Safe Medication Administration: Administer medicines accurately in strict compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Holistic Resident Care: Support residents living with a wide variety of physical and mental health needs, fostering a warm, dignified, and safe environment.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and knowledgeable Registered Nurse who prides themselves on a thoughtful, person-centred approach to care.
Requirements:
Registration: Valid, active NMC registration (RGN).
Clinical Expertise: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLS and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Core Skills: Proven experience creating detailed care plans, executing risk assessments, and delivering high-quality nursing care.
