About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Night Care Assistant for Mousehold View Care Home in Norwich.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our residents spend their nights in safety, comfort, and dignity. You will deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to maintain continuity of exceptional service overnight.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal hygiene and care routines, always championing optimum independence, dignity, and respect.
Monitor and recognize clinical risk areas (such as pressure sores, risk of falls, weight loss, or signs of infection) and escalate any concerns promptly.
Act courteously and compassionately toward residents and their visitors.
Maintain safe working systems across all assigned tasks.
