Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a pioneering specialist in cyber test ranges to recruit a talented, senior-level Test Automation Engineer. In this role, you will design advanced automation scripts, troubleshoot complex automation challenges, and champion cutting-edge testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation scripts.
Apply established test automation guidelines and best practices.
Research and investigate software issues through structured testing protocols.
Collaborate closely with Test Analysts and Software Developers to craft effective solutions.
Stay current with the latest industry developments, tooling, and techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field (or an ISTQB qualification).
Proven professional experience working as a Test Automation Engineer.
Proficiency in core programming and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, C#, and Java.
Superior mathematical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong team-building capabilities.
General Requirements
Occasional travel (within and outside the UK) to attend team or customer meetings, events, and training activities.
Commitment to continuous professional development and completion of mandatory training.
Undertake supplementary duties commensurate with the role to support smooth business operations.

Base Salary: Up to £113,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
