About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to recruit for Weir End House, a dedicated residential service located just outside the scenic market town of Ross-on-Wye. The service provides specialist residential support for 11 individuals on the autism spectrum or with learning disabilities, empowering them to live healthy, happy, and independent lives both at home and out in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a crucial part of a dedicated and compassionate onsite team, you will ensure the smooth running of the service and champion the wellbeing of the residents.

Create a Welcoming Environment: Maintain a safe, comfortable, and organized home for the residents.
Support Daily Operations: Assist with day-to-day tasks and organizational activities that keep the service running efficiently.
Promote Independence: Work alongside the team to foster a positive, empowering experience for everyone who lives and works at Weir End House.

Note: While this specific role focuses on the operational environment, safety, and vital daily support rather than direct clinical care, your contribution is absolutely essential to the residents' quality of life.
