Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Bank Senior Care Assistant for Leeming Bar Grange Care Home. In this casual, flexible position, you will provide vital cover when needed (such as for annual leave or sickness), supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team with medication and care plans, and helping maintain a warm, welcoming environment.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivational, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to resident dignity.
