Role Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care on the post-surgical ward, ensuring close attention to individual patient requirements.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and medical practitioners to support seamless continuity of care.
Maintain complete compliance with clinical standards, health and safety guidelines, and patient safety protocols.
Requirements
Active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
Significant post-registration experience in a post-surgical ward setting.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making capabilities.
