Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Care Assistant (Complex Care) for Drummond Grange Care Home. Working within our newly refurbished units and supportive environment, you will assist residents with specialized requirements—including advanced or young onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, neuro rehabilitation, and Huntington’s disease—while providing meaningful companionship, daily living support, and person-centred care.
What You Will Need
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people or individuals with complex support needs.
Personal Qualities: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature, excellent communication skills, and a positive "can-do" approach.
