About the Role
As a permanent Night Care Assistant at Wakehurst Hall, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and cared for throughout the night.
Bringing your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling night-shift environment, you will assist with nighttime personal care, follow individual care plans, provide reassurance, and ensure residents enjoy peaceful, comfortable rest. Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, person-centred care and support for residents through the night.
Assist with nighttime personal care, mobility, and reassuring comfort as needed.
Follow tailored care plans and accurately record updates while maintaining resident safety and dignity.
Respond promptly and kindly to night call bells, offering reassurance and support.
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated night team on a permanent full-time contract (44 hours per week).
