Supportive Bridge Staffing is excited to represent Lift Noel Park in hiring a solution-focused, organized, and proactive School Operations Manager.
Every great school needs someone who makes things happen! In this pivotal operational leadership role, you will ensure the school runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently on a daily basis. Overseeing everything from finance and facilities to health & safety, compliance, and administration, you will be the key problem-solver working closely with staff, central Trust teams, contractors, and families.
Operational Leadership: Direct and lead all administrative and daily operational functions across the academy.
Facilities & Site Management: Oversee estates, facilities, catering, cleaning, and IT services to ensure high standards of safety and efficiency.
Compliance & Governance: Safeguard full compliance with health & safety legislation, data protection (GDPR), and statutory reporting.
Finance, HR & Logistics: Support recruitment, HR admin, procurement, finance processing, lettings management, and school communications.
Trust & Community Relations: Collaborate closely with central/regional Trust teams, manage external contractors, and assist with school marketing, social media, and website management.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify, streamline, and improve operational processes and systems across the school.
Experience: Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced operational leadership or management role (e.g., schools, facilities management, project management, hospitality, or events).
