Pay Rate: £15.46 per hour (includes bank enhancement)

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a compassionate Bank Care Assistant for Newlands Care Centre. In this casual, flexible position, you will provide vital cover when needed (such as for annual leave or sickness), assisting residents with daily living, sharing wonderful companionship, following personalized care plans, and helping create memorable moments every day in our freshly refurbished environment.
What You Will Need
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Personal Qualities: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature, a positive "can-do" approach, and excellent communication skills.
