The Opportunity
We are partnering with an innovative team transforming how satellite and airborne imagery is utilized, developing advanced software that automatically detects, tracks, and understands activity across vast geographic areas.
They are looking for a skilled Senior Python Software Engineer to build cutting-edge computer-vision and geospatial capabilities that turn complex imagery into vital, actionable intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Build scalable Python geospatial applications and analytical tools.
Develop advanced computer-vision and object-detection machine learning models.
Process complex satellite, aerial, and sensor imagery.
Create high-throughput imagery-processing pipelines.
Deploy mission-critical analytical capabilities into secure operational environments.
What We’re Looking For
Strong commercial software engineering experience with Python.
Proven background building machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision models.
Deep understanding of high-volume data pipelines and production software engineering standards.
Experience working with imagery, geospatial data (GIS), or remote sensing technologies.
Familiarity with PyTorch, FastAPI, GeoPandas, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and cloud/GPU container environments (AWS, Kubernetes) is highly advantageous.
