Salary: £15.45 to £15.95 per hour (Plus extra £2.00/hr for bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and delegate tasks effectively to create a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, freshness, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
Management Coverage: Take charge of the store and oversee colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Problem Solving: Swiftly resolve challenges while maintaining a calm, patient, and friendly attitude under pressure.
Customer Experience: Ensure every customer enjoys a top-tier shopping experience every time they visit.
