Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to join a warm care home community in Derby, UK. In this flexible night-shift position, you will exercise clinical autonomy to deliver high-quality, holistic care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. Working as a key clinical professional during overnight shifts, you will foster a safe, dignified environment while utilizing your clinical expertise to support resident health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight clinical care, including safe administration of medication, clinical assessments, and developing personalized care plans.

• Exercise sound professional judgment to address dynamic health needs and maintain regulatory compliance with MCA, DoLS, and pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Lead and collaborate with night care staff to maintain a calm, supportive, and person-centered environment for all residents.

Requirements

• Active and valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration as an RGN.

• Solid background in care planning, risk assessments, and understanding healthcare regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent clinical decision-making skills paired with a compassionate, person-centered approach to nursing.
