About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse (RGN) for Westgate House Care Home.
In this vital night-shift role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the exceptional, high-quality care they deserve. We will look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions through the night. From developing tailored care plans to safely administering medication, you will have the clinical autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued for your expertise.
About You
We are looking for a qualified professional who takes pride in person-centred, thoughtful nursing. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration and sound knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
Experience: Proven ability to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Attributes: Dedicated, compassionate, and possessing a warm, person-centred approach to resident care.
