We are currently recruiting a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Care Assistant - Nights on behalf of our partner, Avery Healthcare, at their luxury Bagshot Gardens Care Home in Bagshot, Surrey.
Your core focus on night shifts will be delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure seamless service continuity, safety, and a comforting environment for our residents through the night.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents in all personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas (such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, and signs of infection) and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting individual dignity and uniqueness.
Practicing safe systems of work across all assigned night-time tasks and duties.
