ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Barchester Healthcare’s Lindum House Care Home, you will support the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. This flexible, casual role gives you the freedom and autonomy to make critical clinical decisions in a warm and supportive environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence: Develop tailored, person-centred care plans and carry out detailed risk assessments.
Medication Administration: Safely administer medications in compliance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Holistic Care: Support residents with a diverse range of physical and mental health needs.
Professional Judgement: Exercise your professional expertise to make key clinical decisions, maintaining safety and high standards across the care home.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurse who prides themselves on a thoughtful, resident-focused approach to clinical practice.
Requirements:
Professional Registration: Active NMC registration (RGN).
Clinical Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices.
Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLS and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Care Planning: Proven ability to produce thorough care plans and detailed risk assessments.
