Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Booker (part of the Tesco Group, the UK's leading food and drink wholesaler) to recruit ambitious analytical talent for their Finance & Commercial Analysis Graduate Scheme.
This rotational graduate scheme gives you exposure to key analytical and finance-focused areas of the business, helping you develop into a future leader who drives performance through insight and strategic thinking:
Commercial Analyst Rotation: Build a strong foundation in commercial performance analysis by working with data to evaluate trends, support trading decisions, and provide insight that drives business growth and profitability.
Foodservice / Retail Analyst Rotation: Gain hands-on experience supporting either our Foodservice or Retail teams, analysing customer behaviour, tracking performance, and helping shape strategies that improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Data & Analytics: Analyse data to uncover trends and performance opportunities, building dashboards and reports to inform decision-making.
Financial Planning: Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable business strategies, taking increasing ownership as you progress through the programme.
What We Are Looking For
Education: On track for a 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
Commercial & Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and a desire to continuously improve things.
