Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead for Castle Keep, Noddle Hill Way, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, HU7 4FG. You would work alongside the General Manager, take charge when they are away, and lead a multidisciplinary team so residents enjoy the best possible quality of life. The role is permanent (40 hours, days and nights).

What you would do:

Help keep care standards high through audits, supervised clinical practice and compliance checks
Motivate and lead the care and nursing team
Plan and deliver improvements to the home

What Barchester asks for:

Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
A teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification
Experience managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
Some HR, budget management and sales and marketing knowledge
Experience supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
