Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Elysium Healthcare for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join Pinhoe View in Exeter, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work within a specialist mental health service, delivering evidence-based interventions while providing clinical leadership and supporting a multidisciplinary team in helping adults achieve meaningful recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Complete occupational therapy assessments and develop individual treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery.
Provide leadership, supervision and support to junior team members.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development.

Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy.
HCPC Registration.
Relevant post-qualification clinical experience.
Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
