In this fulfilling role, you will deliver compassionate care and support to help residents maintain their independence, dignity, and active routines. Working closely with colleagues, you will assist in implementing individual care plans and fostering a warm, motivating environment where residents feel empowered to pursue their interests.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily personal care, mealtime assistance, and mobility routines while promoting personal autonomy.
Collaborate with the care team to identify residents' individual goals and implement tailored care plans.
Support residents in exploring new interests and participating in engaging physical and social activities.
Requirements

Availability to work full-time day shifts, including alternate weekends.
