About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will take lead clinical responsibility for safeguarding and enhancing the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents across day or night shifts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Clinical Excellence & Care Planning: Developing, evaluating, and maintaining tailored person-centred care plans and comprehensive risk assessments.

• Safe Medication Management: Administering and managing medication in strict accordance with NMC regulations and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

• Clinical Decision-Making: Utilizing your professional judgment to handle complex clinical needs with confidence and autonomy.

• Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to essential regulatory frameworks, including MCA and DoLS guidelines.

• Multidisciplinary Leadership: Leading shift teams, supporting care colleagues, and collaborating with external healthcare professionals.

About You

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled RGN with a strong commitment to evidence-based clinical practice and thoughtful resident care.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Professional Registration: Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

• Clinical Proficiency: Up-to-date knowledge of modern clinical practices, medication administration, and care plan development.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of statutory guidelines including MCA, DoLS, and pharmacy regulations.

• Personal Qualities: Excellent decision-making skills, warm communication, and a dedicated person-centred approach.
