Bradley Complex Care is a specialist residential service providing person-centered support for men and women with complex needs, learning disabilities, mental health issues, or personality disorders who may present challenging behaviors.

Please note: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of UK healthcare experience, specifically within mental health or learning disabilities, to be considered for this placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of an inclusive, multidisciplinary team to support adults along their recovery pathway toward leading valued, fulfilled lives.

• Participate in ward rounds, analyze behaviors, and adapt care dynamically alongside clinical colleagues.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and care notes.

• Provide holistic care and support, including assisting service users with personal hygiene.

• Foster a safe, structured, and positive environment, exercising resilience, vigilance, and compassion in a challenging yet rewarding setting.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this agency placement, you will need:

• A minimum of 6 months of UK experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in mental health or learning disabilities settings.
