About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Client Liaison Manager for Elton House Care Home in Watford.
In this vital sales and marketing leadership role, you will manage the home's daily sales processes, drive department operations, meet and exceed budget targets, and maximize revenue by ensuring optimal occupancy with the agreed client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure sales targets and marketing deadlines are met while strictly adhering to brand standards.
Manage and respond to all general sales and marketing inquiries from colleagues, prospective clients, brochure requests, internet channels, and other sources.
Keep the pipeline of potential residents updated and track their progress to forecast move-ins and maximize revenue.
Develop new professional contacts and maintain regular, close communication with key care influencers.
