In this position, you will lead and supervise shifts, manage resident care plans, and collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals. You will administer and record medication, conduct risk assessments, and work alongside care assistants to ensure residents maintain their independence and receive personalized, high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts, delegate duties, manage risk assessments, and handle the safe administration and recording of medication.
Case manage residents, update care plans, and liaise with healthcare professionals and families to deliver optimal outcomes.
Work directly alongside care assistants to support residents' daily activities while partnering with the leadership team to enhance service quality.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, along with demonstrated experience leading or supervising care shifts.
Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and an understanding of care planning processes.
Experienced in or willing to undertake medication administration training, combined with a strong resident-centered ethos.
