Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and day-to-day support tailored to residents' individual needs.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, maintain accurate care records, and report any changes promptly.

• Encourage residents to participate in social activities while supporting their nutrition and hydration needs.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a caring and supportive team.

• Previous care experience or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable but not essential.
