About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative (Nights) representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Bidfood in Salisbury, you will be a vital part of the night team keeping operations moving while most of the country is asleep. Every successful delivery starts long before our drivers hit the road, and you will ensure customer orders are accurately picked using voice technology, loaded safely, and ready to roll.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using voice technology headsets across multiple temperature zones.

• Load delivery vehicles efficiently and organize stock correctly.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, with full training provided (including pump trucks, power pallet trucks, and forklifts).

• Support colleagues to keep the warehouse running smoothly through the night and ensure drivers leave on schedule.

What You Need to Apply

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail.

• Reliability and flexibility to work evening and night shifts.

• A good level of physical fitness for an active role involving manual handling.

• Note: Experience using voice picking or working in multi-temperature warehouses is helpful, but full training is provided!
