Tucked away in the beautiful, semi-rural location of Nanpantan in Loughborough, Charnwood Lodge is a specialist residential home supporting up to 17 individuals. The residents here are on the autism spectrum, live with learning disabilities, or manage mental health needs—including those with a dual diagnosis. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker and designated key worker, you will provide direct, person-centered care that empowers residents to live with maximum choice, dignity, and independence.

Daily Living Support: Provide personal care and assist residents with day-to-day household and living tasks.
Community & Inclusion: Encourage and assist residents to participate in hobbies, active daily schedules, and local community life.
Goal Tracking: Act as a key worker, helping individuals outline their personal goals, track their progress, and celebrate their personal outcomes.
Documentation & Safety: Maintain highly accurate care plans, daily notes, and charts while strictly upholding safety and confidentiality regulations.
Team Collaboration: Share innovative ideas and suggestions to contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Experience (Desirable but Not Essential): Previous experience in care or support work is a plus, but full training is provided—so passion and value-alignment are what matter most!
Please note: All roles are subject to a successful disclosure check from the DBS, Access NI, or Disclosure Scotland, fully funded and covered by Priory.
