About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play an essential role in enriching the daily lives of residents by providing high-quality, personalized care, practical support, and genuine companionship.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Personalized Care: Assisting residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and personal care according to individual care plans.

• Nutritional Support: Supporting residents during mealtimes with food and drink requirements.

• Companionship: Spending dedicated one-to-one time with residents, sharing moments, and supporting their emotional well-being.

• Flexible Coverage: Stepping in across day or night shifts based on your availability and the care centre's needs.

About You

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a residential, nursing, or care home setting.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift patterns (days or nights) as bank cover requires.
