Position: Customer Team Member (3-Month Temporary Contract / Part-Time)

Location: Netherside Bradwell, Hope Valley, S33 9JL

Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour

Hours: 8 hours per week + regular overtime opportunities

Looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a trusted, community-focused employer? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with the Co-op to recruit an energetic and friendly Customer Team Member for their store on Netherside Bradwell in Hope Valley.

In this role, you’ll be a familiar and welcoming face in the local community, helping provide essential services and a fantastic shopping experience. Whether you’re working on the shop floor, operating tills, or assisting with daily store operations, every shift offers variety and a chance to make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering Great Service: Providing warm, helpful service and supporting customers with a smile, helping to put things right when needed.

• Store Operations: Working hands-on across the shop floor and tills to keep the store running smoothly, safely, and legally.

• Merchandising & Stock: Keeping shelves well-stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.

• Community & Membership: Promoting Co-op Membership and supporting local community initiatives.

Working Pattern & Requirements

• Hours: 8 hours per week on a 3-month temporary contract, plus regular opportunities for overtime.

• Working Pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend (availability can be discussed further at interview).

• Commutability: Applicants must live within a commutable distance of Hope Valley.

• Experience: Retail experience is not necessary—full, paid training is provided from day one!
