Head Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping and laundry teams, managing staff schedules, budgets, and personal development.

• Oversee infection control and hygiene protocols to maintain immaculate cleaning standards across all areas of the home.

• Ensure residents' personal laundry is cared for to the highest standard and participate in resident/relative meetings.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience within housekeeping, cleaning, or domestic operations.

• Solid organizational and managerial skills with experience handling rotas and departmental budgets.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills paired with a resident-centered approach.
