Role Overview
Position: Carer / Care Assistant
Location: Cherry Garth, Orchard Way, Holmer Green, High Wycombe, HP15 6RF
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week
Closing Date: Monday, 31st August 2026

Cherry Garth is a welcoming and modern care home tucked away in the heart of the Holmer Green community with easy access to High Wycombe. It features 60 fully furnished individual rooms spread across four separate wings, each offering bright, modern, and sociable communal areas including lounges, dining rooms, and kitchenettes.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, and bathroom support).
Bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to help residents live happy, fulfilled lives.

What We Are Looking For
No prior experience necessary: We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers who bring diverse life experiences.
Great communication skills: Able to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
